Dear Accuray Exchange Community,

does anyone want to share his/her practical experience in treating para-esophageal lymph nodes or mediastinal lymph nodes in the thoracic area with Cyberknife?

Which type of tracking do you prefer? What margins do you apply?

    We typically treat with five fractions. we do breath-in hold CT and breath-out hold CT and generate ITV + 5mm margin. We may trimm down the margin to spare serial organ. Jun
