Administratively, how are others measuring the success of their CK program?
I would assume this may be different for many of us but I am hoping there may be some commonalities we may be able to realize which we could then compile the data for so as to be able to provide a playbook of sorts for NEW CK customers to be able to present and use going forward. I will answer this question from my institutions perspective but hoping many others will also reply…

At CARTI this is both a qualitative and quantitative measure.
Qualitatively we are able to evaluate the plan performance/benefit relative to other treatment modalities/machines and assign some measure/value which we can then assimilate into an overall annual score for the technology vs. other pieces of technology we have throughout our operation.
We also measure this quantitatively in the following ways:
-Evaluating treatment times relative to similar treatments performed on other technology for like patients
-Comparing patients satisfaction scores relative to those treated on other technology
-Reviewing the number of patients treated in one time period vs prior time periods of similar scale on the CK to evaluate the adoption/growth of the patient sub-set appropriate for this technology
-Monitoring the number of communities/ZIP Codes across our service area where we are treating patients from to determine the growth of expansion of reach of our marketing and word of mouth campaigns
-Comparing operational throughput (time from check-in to check-out) to ensure we are continuing to meet the expectations of our patients relative to treatment times and patient experience
Finally, there is also a financial impact measure for the organization which is used to measure the cost/value benefit in financial terms relative to other pieces of technology we have deployed.
