What are the underlying reasons for the lack of rotational correction in the Cyberknife treatment of trigeminal neuralgia (TGN), and how does this impact the precision and effectiveness of the procedure?

Hello! I don’t know what you mean with no rotational corrections, as TGN is treated with Synchrony Skull which does include rotational corrections. Although I don’t have a large casuistic, we have successfully treated some cases. There is a paper from Romanelli (2019) where you can see a huge casuistic and pretty good clinical results.
